 James and son Taylor James Fawcett Age: 28 Hometown: St. Charles, MO I own a web design and development company called Thoughtprocess Interactive (www.thinktpi.com). I am married to my wife of nearly 8-years, Tami, and we have two sons, Taylor and Edward. That all keeps me pretty busy. While I've been an athlete all my life, I've never competed in any sort of paddling competition. I have, however, competed in adventure racing for 5 or 6 years. I currently race with Team Alpine Shop/Thoughtprocess (www.teamthoughtprocess.net). I have no grand expectations of this race but to finish (and finishing is grand enough). I'll be racing a fast solo cruiser, not an all-out racing hull, but it should suit me well. Note to self: don't forget sunscreen :) |
