Just like the other KayakPro ergs, is as smooth as butter. Board stability is controlled by springs which can be reduced by removing springs if preferred. You can laugh at the icebergs & inclement weather while getting an SUP workout indoors. It has a factory monitor to measure all the usual, ie, distance stroke rate, heart rate, etc, so able to follow progress and set workouts without guessing.
