I have gray minicell foam for sale.  This is better than ethafoam as it does not absorb or hold water.  You can shape like wood; use a belt sander, rasp, key hole saw, etc.  Most people use it for holding down water jugs in their boats but you can use it for many other things like making a seat.

I have 4” x 12” x 12” pieces I will sell for $15.  4” is very thick, 2” is thick enough to hold in water jugs, so you could cut it half if you like.  I have a very limited amount of 3” x 12” x 12” for $12.  If you need a bigger piece of 4” we may be able to work something out depending how far into the sheet I am.

I don’t want to ship any, foam is in Lee’s Summit.  I should be at a lot of the midwest races this spring, however I will not hold any if I have someone with cash waiting.

my new favorite tool for shaping this stuff is a paint scraper attached to drill.  Way better than using a rasp, and you can shape in ways you cant when using a belt sander.  To me, using a belt sander on this stuff is a good way to screw up what you are working on.

This is my seat I am building for my OC.  Wedge piece will be rounded over (to give support to my legs) the the whole thing will be covered in ridgerest.  Beta testing in garage proves to be very supportive and comfy.

I'll take a 4"x12"x12".  Need to make some Mako saddle adapters to fit the outrigger.  Are you paddling the local area anytime soon?
