Well, I've been a fan of the Dept. of Conservation since I was a kid (Though I've butted heads a time or two with their agents) and I don't think they would say it unless it wasn't true. Would they?

The folks in the picture look like typical 340 racers at a check point late in the race....

So what should I use for defense during a zombie attack on the river, single or double blade?  I am concerned with speed but endurance is also a consideration.  Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am new to the Zombie scene.

Doug,

While zombies can swim, they are not fast.  And due to their decaying state, they are easy prey for the beasts of the Missouri.  Big catfish have been known to take down zombies and shred them up.  This does, however, make the catfish infected with the zombie virus, but no change in behavior is noted after infection.  They are still big, ugly and scary.

Stopping on wooded islands like Hills Island is cause for more caution.  Wide open sandbars without cover are usually safe.

Waverly is prime zombie habitat and should be avoided at night.  Miami has good zombie defenses and is a much safer harbor for night one.

The safety boats will be installing stainless steel props on all motors and will have the additional mission of intercepting swimming zombies.

Additional zombie training will be administered at the mandatory safety meeting, July 30th.

I think I saw a few of them in the Texas dugout after the game ended last night.
