There was a guy on the ramp at St Charles on Friday taking a lot of pictures. He was wearing what appeared to be a Missouri Department of Conservation uniform of some sort. Does anyone recal this guy or was he another of my several hallucinations?

Jack I saw that guy at La Benite, so you must have been hallucinating St. Charles.

I think they are going to do an article in The Conservationist, which is read worldwide.
